The Greatest Healing The World Has Ever Known

As the population of the earth increases and the uses of technology continues to improve and grow, powerful changes are happening so quickly throughout the world that it often becomes mind boggling trying to understand it all. It is important for us to step back and evaluate all the implications.

Distance is no longer a barrier. We are traveling more, and our developing communication technologies including satellite TV, internet sites and e-mail allow ever greater numbers of users access to all the diversity of people and ideas that the world has to offer. More individuals have greater access to information and they are exchanging it with larger groups of people around the world. This is stimulating creativity and openness worldwide and having a profound effect on people’s attitudes, values and beliefs. As more understanding and knowledge is shared, many people are becoming dissatisfied with their current state and are seeking change. Others are gaining power to decide their own fate and to create the kind of life they prefer.

Good Things are Happening

The break up of the Soviet Union is one example of the effect that modern communication systems are having upon the world. Satellite television broadcasts by CNN, permitted under Glasnost, allowed the Soviet people to discover how affluent Westerners were in comparison to them. This fostered greater discontent with their government, and the people demanded change.

The unexpected by-product of instantaneous, global communications has been a safer world. Prior to the collapse of the Soviet Union, the USSR and the United States had thousands of nuclear warheads aimed at each other. Other sites around the world were targeted as well. A misjudgment, a short temper or a computer glitch could have reaped total worldwide destruction in a matter of hours. Many of us grew up with this nightmare in the back of our minds. The fear of nuclear annihilation undermined our plans and skewed our trust in the future. With the threat of nuclear holocaust greatly reduced, large numbers of people are convinced that their efforts to make the world a better place will have lasting value.

The world has changed in other ways. In the recent past, the major superpowers of the world either started wars with each other or helped smaller countries to initiate and wage wars. Now only the smaller countries instigate war, with the major countries playing the role of peacemakers.

These effects seem to be influencing a greater momentum toward peace in the world. After decades of violence, the recent peace settlement in Northern Ireland is a sign that this is taking place. Also encouraging is the fact that Israel and Palestine have not given up on their peace process.

The end of the cold war and the resurgent feeling of more safety and trust in the world are thought to be at least partially responsible for the steady growth of the stock market. Economic development, safer water and sanitation and improved health services have caused stunning improvements in the health of people worldwide. The World Health Organization reports that average global life expectancy has gone up from 48 years in 1955 to 66 years currently and should continue to climb to 73 years by 2025. This, of course, brings new sets of problems. However, it also generates its own solutions. As people live longer, they will be more concerned about long range solutions for our environmental problems rather than short term fixes. We can expect better care of the planet and a healthier environment as a result.

Interest in Spirituality Increasing

As technology continues to develop and increase in use, human needs are still going unfulfilled. We are becoming aware that technology cannot solve every problem. People are realizing that the most important solutions lie within! To maintain balance in a highly technological world, people are seeking out ways to express and nurture more of their own inner, personal selves. Interest in spiritual things, including Reiki and other forms of energy work, is increasing worldwide. (See “Reiki In Hospitals” Reiki News, Winter, 1997.) It appears that we are moving toward a world where our drive for technological development will be balanced by our need for spiritual wholeness.

Improvements in communication also bring the possibility for quickened spiritual growth. In the past, a person was lucky to even hear about a spiritual teacher. Now the motivated seeker can easily learn about and meet any number of spiritual teachers and choose from a large number of possible paths and schools. This greater range of choice allows the aspiring devotee to find a spiritual path that is more in harmony with their life style and temperament. The mutual support and synergistic effect many schools of spiritual development have on each other creates a stimulating environment and an enriched experience for anyone involved in personal development.

Earth Changes Not Likely

It is becoming less likely that global earthquakes, polar axis shifts and the dramatic changing of oceans and continents will produce catastrophic Earth changes. The time for many of these prophesied world disasters has already passed. Edgar Cayce who had a remarkable ability for clairvoyantly diagnosing illness and prescribing cures made several predictions for world disaster. Until recently, his prophesies were the main scenarios for proponents of cataclysmic Earth changes. Cayce predicted that Atlantis would rise in 1966 or 67. This never happened. Even 30 years later, there is still no sign that the lost continent of Atlantis is emerging and the Cayce Foundation has taken a stance that the Earth changes scenario is not likely to take place as anticipated.

Destructive earth changes were predicted by Nostradamus as well. While many of his predictions have come true, they seem to have stopped taking place since just before the Harmonic Convergence in 1987. For example, he predicted worldwide drought and famine in “…the year of the [Halley's] comet.” People would be so hungry they would eat each other. Millions would die worldwide. It would be one of the most horrible disasters the Earth has ever known. Halley’s comet appeared in 1986. There was drought and famine in Ethiopia that year, but no global disaster. Nostradamus also foresaw a horrible earthquake and volcanic eruption with widespread death and destruction in California in May of 1988. This never happened either. Even the Jehovah’s Witnesses have changed their policy concerning the end times. After previously predicting the end of the world several times, they are no longer expecting the final judgment any time soon.

We create our own reality. This is true on an individual level as well as on a global level. The primary mechanism that causes this to happen is our state of consciousness; how healthy our attitudes, values and beliefs are about ourselves and the world around us.

The danger of destructive Earth changes has passed. This has happened, I believe, because of the widespread use of Reiki and all the other healing energies and prayers that have been sent to the world. The grace of God has come into play to effect positive change and reduce suffering. The result has been a healing of the global consciousness to the extent that the physical destruction of the Earth is no longer a possibility. The destructive Earth changes prophesies would have taken place had the global mind set remained the same as when the prophesies were given.

Look for future Earth change prophecies to be more positive, relating to a massive and positive change in the way the world is organized and in our concepts about the world and ourselves!

A Transformed World

When we review the events that have taken place this century, especially in the last decade, it is clear that the fear, competition, greed, separateness, ego and power which largely motivated our world is being transformed by love, cooperation, compassion, wholeness, trust and helpfulness. This expansion of consciousness is indicated by the improvements in the health and longevity of the people of the world, the increasing interest in the spiritual side of life and the other major changes toward peace indicated above. As these positive changes continue to occur and accelerate, the quality of global consciousness will continue to rise. Many people think we are rapidly moving toward a phase transition in consciousness. They believe that the increasing communication between people worldwide is creating an ever expanding field of global awareness, and a point will be reached where world consciousness will suddenly shift to a completely new state. Examples of the phase transition effect are present in many things. When water rises in temperature, it remains liquid until it reaches 212 degrees F. Then a sudden change occurs. Water transforms into a more expanded and mobile state. It becomes steam.

The same may be happening to the global state of consciousness. As the current trend continues and people move toward a greater expression of spiritual values, we could suddenly experience a phase transition in consciousness where the whole population of the planet becomes enlightened all at once! I believe this is coming and the time will soon arrive when all countries and religions will value and respect each other. Many religions and spiritual paths point to an event like this in the near future.

This will be a world where the underlying motivation of all people is love, and peace is constantly present. The understanding that all things on earth are connected and effect each other will be wisely considered before decisions are made. The well-being of all people will be the most important goal. The global population will stabilize at a sustainable level with everyone healthy and leading productive, satisfying lives. A glorious life on Earth with the deepest levels of happiness will be constantly experienced.

Change Causes Suffering

Major changes, even positive ones can bring about difficulties, confusion and suffering. As people, organizations, religions, and political systems adjust to new conditions, they are required to think and do things they have never done before. Sometimes the new ways go directly against cherished beliefs or religious convictions. When old structures disappear, or go through radical adjustment, unexpected crises take place. For many, this makes change very difficult. The stress and suffering that takes place when one is adjusting to a new positive state is called a “healing crisis.” This applies to individuals as well as to the planet as a whole. Most of the suffering in the world today is really part of a healing crisis. For example, ethnic tensions have always been present in Bosnia, but they were prevented expression by the Soviet Union. When it dissolved, the ethnic groups were free to vent their anger and hate toward each other with horrible suffering for all. Their suffering is a great lesson for everyone. On the positive side, the major countries of the world acted to halt the bloodshed in Bosnia rather than taking sides and promoting violence as they have done in the past.

Improvements in the world economy also made the Asian monetary crisis possible. It too, has caused suffering and confusion. Yet, when it happened, countries around the world formulated a bailout plan and made billions of dollars available to solve the problem. The world is acting on the concept that mutual cooperation between countries is an important element in the success of our global economy. We are moving toward a world where in order for any one country to experience health and well-being, all countries must experience health and well-being.

Another example of improved technology and its availability producing a crisis is the nuclear testing in India and the aggressive response from Pakistan. This brings up the specter of nuclear nightmares of the past. Hopefully, those new countries who develop nuclear weapons will have the wisdom not to use them. Otherwise, a new danger – the possibility of limited nuclear war fought by third world counties – looms ahead. The tension around this issue is likely to effect how people think and the decisions they make.

Other dangers exist in our changing world. The threat of terrorists using biological, chemical or nuclear weapons, the outbreak of global epidemic’s, even the possibility of comets or asteroids striking the Earth are likely to develop, as well as other dangers not yet foreseen.

The inner connectedness of all things is one of the important lessons being learned now. We are becoming conscious that our inner thoughts as well as our outer actions have an effect upon others worldwide. The healthier each group of people is, the better it is for all.

Reiki Can Help the Process

As the number of Reiki people increase in a room, the strength of each person’s Reiki also increases. In a similar way, as the number of Reiki practitioners grow throughout the planet, the healing energy coming from each person will greatly increase. At least one million Reiki practitioners are presently in the world. There is no question that this has helped bring about much of the new peace and cooperation. In the next five years, the number of Reiki practitioners could easily increase to over ten million. The potential for Reiki to heal the world is becoming greater all the time!

Reiki can be sent at a distance. This allows all of us to send Reiki to world crisis situations as soon as we hear about them. As more people do this, suffering is reduced. Reiki is an ideal tool to ease suffering as the world goes through its healing crises. Reiki’s miracle working power transforms the fear of change into trust and love. Reiki greatly reduces discomfort and helps people open their hearts to compassionate actions. Reiki comes from the spiritual world where unity in all things is a reality. It also understands the aspects of any problem or difficulty and knows all the resources and solutions which are available. Because of this, Reiki can easily guide the world into harmony and productive cooperation. When we are confused and afraid, Reiki guides us into positive solutions. It’s amazing! Reiki works in conjunction with all other forms of healing, guidance and help. Its gentle power is loving and kind. It actually possesses all the qualities the world needs for the coming New Age of peace and prosperity. Qualities of love, compassion, wisdom, justice, cooperation, humility, persistence, kindness, courage, strength and abundance are contained in Reiki energy and inspires and develops these qualities in those it treats.

The world is transforming. A New Age of peace is coming. By sending Reiki to speed the process, we quicken the pace of change and reduce suffering. As we direct our loving Reiki energy toward helping the world transform, we quicken our own transformation as well. Reiki is simple and easy to use. Let us keep upper most in our minds the tremendous good Reiki can have locally and globally. Be willing to send Reiki whenever you feel guided. By doing this, know that you are helping bring about the greatest healing the world has ever known.

Setting New Year Resolutions with the Law of Attraction

Simple Strategies to Align Energetically With Your New Year Resolutions and Achieve Them Easily

It’s that time of year again – people all around the world will be evaluating their progress and gearing up to start fresh on their goals in the New Year. Unfortunately, many of those people will not make any more progress than they have in previous years, simply because they are locked into self-destructive thought patterns. Have you done this too?

Each year you think about the changes you want to make, conceive a genius plan that will change your life forever, and wait eagerly for January 1st to arrive. When the clock strikes midnight on December 31st, it’s full steam ahead! You’re off to a great start and confidently began taking the steps you know will lead directly to the life of your dreams!

And then… a couple of weeks later, maybe even a month later, you begin losing steam. At first it may be small things, like encountering a few minor obstacles or struggling to stay motivated about working on your goals; but before you know it, you find yourself feeling stuck, tired, angry, frustrated… and wondering what you were thinking when you set these stupid goals anyway. Eventually you give up and vow to do better next year — but the following year you just repeat the same cycle all over again.

Whether the above scenario describes your situation exactly or not, it stands as a common example of how easy it is to set New Year Resolutions — and how difficult it can be to follow through and actually achieve them. If you have struggled in any way to stay committed to your New Year goals, this report is for you.

We’re going to highlight 15 common problems (we’ll call them “challenges” for the sake of keeping a positive outlook!) that people encounter while pursuing their goals, and offer helpful remedies for working through them effectively.

More importantly, we’re going to address these challenges from a Law of Attraction standpoint – because you cannot manifest anything in your life until you are energetically aligned with it first! Action alone is not enough – you’ve probably learned that from your previous unrealized resolutions. Get ready to see your New Year Resolutions in a whole new way – and achieve more than you ever believed possible before.

Resolution Challenge #1 – Identifying the Essence of What You Want

One of the biggest mistakes people make when setting New Year Resolutions is that they don’t first get clear about what they REALLY want, and more importantly, WHY they want it.

Do you know what you want – really? Don’t be tempted to skip over this section because you think you already know what you want. Think about this for a moment:

How many times have you achieved a goal and then quickly realized that you weren’t satisfied with it? Such an experience can be confusing, to say the least! You wonder how you could have chosen a goal that now seems not to matter at all to you. Or you point to one tiny negative aspect of the outcome and say, “Well, if it wasn’t for that, I’d be satisfied. It just didn’t turn out like I hoped, that’s all.”

But that’s not usually what’s happening in this type of situation. Rather, you may have set a goal based on the surface circumstances that you believed would make you feel happy, rather than focusing on the underlying ESSENCE of what you really wanted.

For example, let’s say that one of your goals was to work less so you have more time to enjoy life. You manage to rearrange your schedule so you have more time to yourself, but within a few weeks you start feeling bored and restless. You decide that freedom is overrated and eagerly bury yourself in work again – but you still feel dissatisfied and yearn for something more.

What happened with this goal?

There are numerous possibilities, but most likely you were craving something else, not just “freedom” – but you never connected with exactly what you wanted.

Perhaps you were actually craving creative expression, which you could have satisfied by setting aside a few hours a week to explore your artistic side. Maybe you actually desired a deeper spiritual connection, which you could have achieved through daily meditation or journaling.

Every goal you set will have a deeper desire stemming from it. But the Law of Attraction cannot deliver the essence of that deeper desire unless you know what it is.

The Remedy:

Rather than focusing on the external situation or circumstances you are trying to create with your New Year Resolution, focus on the underlying FEELING you want to experience.

Whenever you set a goal, your immediate question should be, “Why do I want this?” Don’t allow yourself to give a pat answer like, “It will make me happy.” WHY will it make you happy? What feelings will these new circumstances or experiences provide for you? Why are these feelings important to you? What deeper needs will they satisfy?

You may be surprised by what comes up when you start asking questions like this. You’ll become aware of needs you didn’t even know you had. But that’s a good thing, because only by knowing what you truly want can you tune into it and attract it.

Another side benefit is that by being super-clear on what you want, you may discover much easier and quicker ways to get it, maybe by making some small changes instead of tackling huge goals that will take years to achieve. Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees and end up making things much harder than they need to be.

When you tune into the essence of what you want and stay focused on it, the Law of Attraction will be able to lead you to the easiest, fastest, simplest methods and opportunities to help you achieve it. That beats long, complex, difficult plans that you would have created yourself, right?

Resolution Challenge #2 – Holding Positive, Yet Flexible Expectations

How many times have you set a massive goal while thinking, “This will be a breeze”?

You imagine yourself effortlessly taking action each day, easily moving toward your chosen outcome and reaching it in record time. Unfortunately, that’s not the way it usually happens.

Instead, you struggle almost from the get-go and feel overwhelmed and frustrated when you don’t seem to be progressing as quickly as you planned. Rather than acknowledging that you may have set your sights too high, you may be tempted to give up altogether.

Unfortunately, we often fail to realize that it is far easier to think about doing something than it is to actually DO it, especially if we have limiting beliefs that might be holding us back.

With every goal you set, understand that there is going to be a period of transition as you work toward it. You can’t expect to make a giant leap from mailroom clerk to CEO in a matter of weeks, or lose 50 pounds in a month, or go from being a couch potato to a marathon runner overnight.

But you also can’t allow negative expectations to prevent you from trying at all. Rather, your goal should be to keep your expectations positive but also flexible.

The Remedy:

One good way to do this is to start smaller. Not many people will enjoy hearing that, but it’s a good idea if you want to avoid getting frustrated and giving up.

There’s nothing wrong with setting big goals and having big dreams, but you also want to start with those that you believe are most achievable. The truth is that all goals are achievable, especially when you work in co-creative partnership with the universe, but you may have a hard time believing that some goals are achievable, and if you believe that you will block them from manifesting.

However, you can overcome these obstacles by either setting smaller goals to start with, or balancing your expectations of how and when your goal will come to fruition. Which one you choose will depend on your personal preferences.

There are people who can set a large goal, hold to their vision and diligently work toward it for years until they achieve it. They never lose sight of what they’re working toward, they don’t doubt that they will receive the outcome they want, and they’re willing to wait patiently until it happens.

But some people are the opposite — they want results and they want them fast! If that describes you, you’ll probably be happier setting smaller goals and enjoying moderate results as you go along.

Remember, you can expand your goal consistently too. If your ultimate goal is to be earning $100,000 a year with your own business but you feel too overwhelmed or intimidated by that figure, start with a smaller goal of $20,000 and then raise the amount when you reach the first benchmark. If you want to lose 50 pounds, try focusing on 10 pounds at a time. Fifty pounds sounds like a lot, but when you consider that it’s only 5 sets of 10 pounds, it seems a lot more achievable.

Nearly any large goal can be broken down into smaller pieces – and when you focus on achieving those smaller goals they eventually add up to big success!

Another important point to keep in mind is that you don’t have to achieve the entire goal on your own. Allow the universe to work with you. Hold to the vision and you will be led to the people, resources, opportunities and means to achieve the goal more easily than you could accomplish on your own. Just be flexible about how and when all this progress happens. Expect the best but don’t get attached to specific ways or timeframes.

Resolution Challenge #3 – Balancing Effort with Alignment

Working toward any new goal seems hard at the beginning, but sometimes we underestimate just how hard it can get. Sometimes the struggle is the result of unrealistic expectations, like we covered a moment ago. Taking on a bigger goal than you’re ready for can definitely make the journey seem impossible.

But there’s also a more common reason for goal-achievement seeming difficult at the beginning, and that is: you have to build momentum before it will seem easier. When it comes to working with the Law of Attraction, this applies both physically and energetically.

A common analogy used to describe momentum is pushing a car. To get the car rolling, you have to exert a lot of force. But the longer you push, momentum begins to take over and you hardly have to push at all to keep the car moving along.

Goals are very much the same in that you have to work harder at them in the beginning than you do toward the end. If you work at them for long enough, you enter this “zone” where it just seems simple to take the action steps and make steady progress each day.

Another good example is starting a new fitness routine. Your first workout will probably seem a little bit like torture. Your muscles will burn and ache; you’ll be drenched in sweat and end up wondering if a sedentary life might not be so bad after all…

But what happens if you keep pushing through your workouts every day? You build muscle and get stronger. You feel more energetic. You’ll probably even begin to enjoy working out. The stronger you get, the more easily you are able to keep up the momentum.

Every goal will have this in common. But it goes much deeper than physical effort; you also need to build up your “vibrational muscles” by consistently attuning to the outcome you are trying to create. All of the action in the world cannot overcome energetic gaps. If you don’t work daily on getting aligned with your desired outcome, the actions you take will seem much harder than they really need to be, and probably be completely ineffective.

The Remedy:

Obviously, the remedy for this one is simple: keep your efforts in proper perspective by working steadily toward the outcome each day and remembering that you are building momentum. Keep reminding yourself that it won’t always be so challenging. While that sounds simple, it may not always be easy to convince yourself. Therefore, here are a couple of strategies that will help you align with your goal mentally and energetically:

Relish the challenge: Have you ever noticed that your self-talk determines your attitude? If you keep whining about how hard it is, that it will take forever to make progress, you’re going to be miserable and probably make very little progress.

On the other hand, if you were to keep telling yourself that you’re enjoying the process, that it’s not so bad, that you feel great as you take one step after another toward your goals – you’ll instantly feel more motivated and your progress will probably be greater too. Convince yourself that you have what it takes to keep moving forward and that it’s not as hard as you feared. Often, just believing this is enough to make it so.

Baby steps: At any point if you feel intimidated or frustrated because you’re not making progress quickly enough, try narrowing your focus onto ONE tiny aspect of your goal. Every goal will probably have numerous action steps that you’ll take each day as you work toward it, but trying to do all of them at once might prove overwhelming.

If that’s the case, try doing just ONE of the action steps until it gets easier. Then add another one, and another, until you are doing all of them with less struggle.

As for energetic alignment, one of the best ways to get steadily more aligned with your outcome is to keep imagining it already accomplished. Sit quietly and envision yourself enjoying the goal already accomplished. See yourself enjoying your bigger salary, living in the home of your dreams, feeling great about your slender new body. Do this daily and you will be consistently altering your energetic signal to match the essence of what you are trying to achieve, which means the physical effort you need to apply to achieve it will be much less than it would be otherwise.

Resolution Challenge #4 – Doing the Inner Work First

We typically think of goal-achievement as an external process only. We are here at Point A, and we want to move to Point B. While we do indeed make external changes, we also need to remember that we become a different person through the achievement of our goals. Therefore, we will undergo an internal adjustment even as we’re making external transitions. This is especially true in the context of the Law of Attraction.

You can’t achieve anything outwardly until you get aligned with it within – which means steadily becoming the person who will have the outer circumstances you want.

How does this pose a challenge?

If you don’t prepare yourself for the new circumstances you’re trying to create, you won’t be mentally and emotionally ready to handle them. Let’s use an example to expand on this idea.

Imagine that your goal is to lose 50 pounds. If you simply focus on “losing weight,” you’ll overlook the fact that you gained weight in the first place because of specific reasons – and you’ll struggle not to gain it all back unless you make some inner changes.

Doing some inner work might reveal that you gained weight because of low self-esteem, believing that you don’t deserve time for self-care, or emotional vulnerability. You can bet that these kinds of beliefs need to be resolved – or they will keep limiting your ability to lose weight, keep it off and live a happier life.

The same thing happens with other types of goals. You can set a goal to be more successful in business, but if you don’t first understand what has limited your success thus far, you might simply repeat the cycle at a later time. Do you have trouble believing in your own abilities? Are you afraid of taking risks? Do you have a fear of selling that limits how much you promote your products and services? Addressing these underlying issues may make the difference between failure and success.

The Remedy:

One of the most effective strategies for overcoming this challenge is to consider the qualities you’d need to handle the achievement of your goal, and begin building them now.

For example, if your goal is greater business success, ask yourself what qualities a successful business person would have – such as confidence, courage, creativity, flexibility, and so on. Once you’ve got a list of these qualities, begin developing them within yourself. Practice being more confident and courageous, express your creative side more often, work on being flexible as often as possible, etc.

If your goal is to live a healthier lifestyle, consider why you haven’t been living such a lifestyle until now. Do you have trouble believing that you deserve to be healthy and happy? Does much of your diet consist of “comfort food” that covers emotional issues you could be resolving in a healthier way?

If you work on these inner issues while you’re also doing the outer work, your chances of lasting success will double. As you may have guessed, this is also one of the secrets of successful manifesting — being able to “be” that which you want to attract. If you want to attract a lot of money, you need to BE a person who has plenty of money. If you want to attract your soul mate, you have to BE a person who already has their soul mate. This is powerful and the Law of Attraction begins responding to your new signal immediately.

Resolution Challenge #5 – Sacrificing for Your Higher Good

Every goal requires sacrifice of some kind, and it’s easy to forget this sometimes. Most often we tend to focus on what we stand to GAIN from the achievement of our goals, not what we stand to lose. However, failing to acknowledge and prepare for the sacrifices can set us up for a rude awakening and threaten our eventual success.

What kind of sacrifices have you made for your goals in the past? Did you give up some of your favorite television shows so you could spend more time working on your goals? Did you give up your favorite dessert when you started a new health regime?

Let’s face it; sacrifices aren’t fun. It usually means giving up something you enjoy, even if temporarily. But, does that always have to be true? You may be surprised to learn that with the right outlook, sacrifices can seem like a good thing.

The Remedy:

When it comes to sacrifices, only two things matter:

Willingness: Very often when you are willing to release something that is no longer serving you, it becomes a simple act. It’s only when you keep clinging to something that letting it go seems really difficult.

It also helps if you keep affirming that what you stand to gain is worth the cost of what you’re giving up. Rarely are these rigid concepts; more often they will change according to your perceptions.

For example, when you first set your goals and start working toward them you may believe that your sacrifices are well worth it. Your motivation is strong and you’re feeling optimistic that you can overcome any temptations to slide back into old habits.

But as time goes on and you begin to miss the things that once provided a sense of comfort or pleasure, you may wonder whether you can continue making these
sacrifices. In fact, the question “Is it worth it?” is one you’ll probably have to answer over and over again until you reach a point where your new habits have overridden the old.

Trust: Even more important than being willing to let go of destructive or unproductive habits is the ability to trust that the actions you take today will pay off in the future. You have to trust that the situations, people, places and things you are releasing will be replaced by even better things later.

Belief comes into this step in a big way – if you don’t believe that your goals will be realized, you may have trouble trusting the bigger process of manifestation. However, you can work on this by consistently affirming your belief and your trust day by day. The more you do, the stronger your belief will grow and the easier it will be to trust.

Resolution Challenge #6 – Believing in Yourself and Your Abilities

Lack of belief in your own abilities is also a common reason why New Year Resolutions fail. Let’s face it; if you really believed you could achieve your goal, you probably would have done it before now! (Unless your goal is brand new, of course. But most people set the same goals multiple times before they actually achieve them.)

How can you tell if you don’t have a strong belief in yourself?

Probably the most telling clue is that you’ll hesitate when it comes to taking risks. You may find yourself holding back on something you really want to do, or you might procrastinate on taking action steps related to your goals.

In order to achieve any goal, you first need to believe you CAN. This involves much more than hoping or wishing — it requires an unshakable core belief in your own ability to work through challenges, stay committed and do whatever it takes to be successful.

Most importantly, the Law of Attraction will only deliver outcomes that do not conflict with your existing beliefs. If you believe you cannot achieve a specific goal, the Law of Attraction will simply make sure the outcome validates your doubt.

But how do you build belief in yourself and your abilities? Most of us are not born with this level of confidence; we have to build it little by little.

The Remedy:

There are two angles from which you can approach this challenge:

Mentally: One of the best ways to build up your belief is to keep envisioning yourself accomplishing the goal you have set. Did you know that athletes have participated in studies where they mentally “practiced” their sport over and over – and their physical performance improved as a result? It’s true! Visualization is incredibly powerful, so use that tool to your advantage.

You may also find it helpful to recite some powerful affirmations like these:

“I can do this, I know I can.”
“I’m willing to believe that I can handle this challenge.”
“I’m nervous, but I’m going to do it anyway.”
“I grow in confidence with every step I take!”
“With enough practice, everything becomes easy.”

Additionally, you may also want to take a few minutes each day to think about some previous accomplishments. What other activities did you once feel nervous about, but have since mastered? Relive those old fears and feel proud about your ability to overcome them! Remind yourself that you can do the same thing with your current goals.

Physically: Do the very thing you fear! The more you do something, the more confident you’ll become with it, right? It’s just like anything else in life. The first time you drove a car you were probably shaky and nervous. The first time you gave a speech you were probably standing in a puddle of sweat.

It’s the old “fight or flight” response to a perceived threat – and it’s completely normal! It’s your mind’s way of telling your body that it may be entering a dangerous situation. But if you can keep pushing through that fear, it will eventually go away because you’ll condition yourself to believe that there is truly nothing to fear.

Resolution Challenge #7 – Transforming Fear of Failure

Fear of failure is one big reason why many people can’t seem to move forward in life. They constantly dream big dreams, set big goals, create big plans – only to find themselves procrastinating, holding back, or making little progress.

Worse, how does the Law of Attraction respond to fearful thoughts and feelings? It simply delivers exactly what you’re focusing on, positive or negative. If you fear failure you are essentially setting yourself up for failure, or at least constant obstacles or problems that block the progress you want to make.

Even if you don’t think this challenge applies to you, remember that a fear of failure isn’t always obvious, either. Our minds have ways of tricking us that are very convincing.

For example, let’s say you set a goal to lose weight and get into better shape for the New Year. You start out very well, sticking to your workouts and eating right. The numbers on the scale are beginning to creep downward — when all of a sudden you find yourself in situations that are ripe with temptation. You forget to bring your nutritious lunch to work one day, visit the cafeteria and choose the most fattening meal on the menu — then you wonder why you did that? Or you call a friend and invite him or her to dinner at a restaurant and use the outing as an excuse to eat more than you should, effectively blowing your healthy eating plan for the day.

You may not realize right away that you’re sabotaging your own efforts. In fact, it’s usually quite the opposite: you feel frustrated because these outer influences are interfering with your plan to lose weight! However, if you dig deeply enough and look closely at what’s really going on, you’ll usually find some fears lurking beneath the surface.

You may realize that your shrinking size brings up feelings of fear because you know that other people are going to start noticing, which will put more pressure on you to keep going. You may be afraid of reaching a plateau and getting stuck there – so you invent external situations that you can point to and say, “I failed because of that.”

There are many possible ways for a fear of failure to make itself known, but you’ll usually notice it because of an inner sense of hesitation or dread, or even a lack of self-belief like we covered previously.

The Remedy:

In order to overcome a fear of failure, you have to first understand that goal achievement is not a “one shot deal”. Rarely are situations so black and white. In fact, the only way you can truly fail is if you stop trying.

You may fear slipping up with your healthy eating plan because it will mean “failure” — but the only person who can decide whether you’ve failed or not is YOU. If you decide that one slip is not a big deal and get right back on plan, have you failed? Of course not.

The concept of “failure” is based solely on your own perceptions. If you refuse to buy into a rigid concept of failure and success and instead just take the process one day at a time – one moment at a time – you can’t fail. You will simply keep making positive choices and enjoying the progress that comes along with them.

It’s also important to keep reminding yourself that the Law of Attraction will deliver exactly what you focus on and believe. So, make it your mission to focus on success! Focus on believing that you can accomplish anything you desire. Focus on how great you will feel when your goal has been manifested in full living color.

Resolution Challenge #8 – Transforming Fear of Success

Closely related to the fear of failure is the fear of success. It may seem that these two challenges are complete opposites, but they are more similar than you may think. Both of them involve one common belief: that you won’t be able to handle the consequences of the outcome.

A fear of failure raises worries about the consequences of not achieving your goal, while a fear of success raises worries about the consequences of succeeding at your goal. In both cases, you doubt your ability to handle the results.

Using the same weight loss example from above, a fear of success may cause you to worry that your friends and family will treat you differently if you lose weight. Or you may wonder how you’ll ever be able to have a good time at parties if you can’t enjoy your favorite foods – after all, a “skinny” person doesn’t pig out on junk food.

You may worry about the expense of buying a new wardrobe to fit your smaller size – or any number of other fears related to the outcome of your goal.

Once again, you are operating under the assumption that you won’t be able to handle such a possibility, or that it would be somehow “bad” if it happened – and the Law of Attraction will simply deliver an outcome that matches your fearful feelings.

The Remedy:

Overcoming this fear is simple if you come up with some coping strategies ahead of time. Start by making a list of your specific fears, along with things you could do to cope with them if they happened.

Fear:
I won’t know how to relate to men when I’m thin and attractive.

Strategy:
I would relate to them exactly as I do now, but I could also work more on building my self-confidence to deal with unwanted advances, etc.

Fear:
I really can’t afford to buy a new wardrobe right now; maybe I should hold off on this goal until spring.

Strategy:
I won’t need smaller sizes immediately. Between now and then I can set aside the money I used to spend on junk food, cut back in other areas, and even check out some consignment or thrift shops – they always have great deals on clothing. The universe will provide everything I need; I do believe that.

Whatever your specific fears are, addressing them will convince you that you CAN handle the outcome, no matter what it may be.

Even better, be sure to keep visualizing the strategies being easy and fun. Visualize yourself feeling confident and strong. Visualize yourself having plenty of money to cover everything you need, and so on. Then you will be focusing on solutions, not potential problems.

Challenge #9 – Dissolving Obstacles

It’s happened to the best of us; we’re moving steadily along toward our goals, feeling motivated and empowered — when all of a sudden there’s an obstacle in our path and we freeze like a deer caught in the headlights of a car! What do we do? How do we get around this? Yikes!

Unexpected obstacles are responsible for many unrealized goals, simply for one reason: the goal seeker didn’t have a plan in place to deal with it, so they gave up. Preparing for obstacles is one of the most important parts of goal-setting – but few people take the time to do it. When most of us set a goal, we’re optimistic and confident that we can succeed. We don’t like to think about possible obstacles that may threaten our dreams.

However, not planning ahead for obstacles practically guarantees that we won’t know how to handle them when they appear – and appear they usually will. This is true even when using the Law of Attraction – in fact, many of the obstacles you encounter will likely be the result of subconscious limiting beliefs that you may not even know you have.

The Remedy:

The solution to this challenge is clear: make obstacles a non-issue and they will dissolve.

Believe it or not, your own reaction to the obstacles usually determines how tenacious they are. If you get flustered, upset, or intimidated by them, you will only make them seem stronger and more intimidating. If you react with calm and positive expectation, they will usually resolve themselves — or you will be shown solutions to move beyond them.

This nonchalant attitude does require a bit of faith and trust that the universe is working with you to manifest your dreams. Rather than seeing obstacles as roadblocks, you have to elevate your vision and choose to see them as nothing more than momentary stopping points.

If you keep focusing on the fact that there is a solution for every obstacle (even if you don’t yet know what the solution is) you will call forth that solution from the universe.

Most often it happens quickly as long as you don’t block it with negative thoughts and emotions!

Resolution Challenge #10 – Surrendering Your Need to Control

Have you ever set a goal to accomplish something where much of the outcome was out of your control? For example, let’s say you set a goal to secure 10 new clients each month for your consulting business. That sounds like a fine goal, but the outcome is dependent upon the actions of other people; in this case, your clients. You can’t force new clients to seek your services. You can’t control whether they sign on with you or not. And if you try forcing the outcome, you’re probably going to end up feeling frustrated and disappointed.

The Remedy:

A better way is to set your intention for the outcome you would like to achieve, and then let the universe help you achieve it – even if it happens in ways you didn’t expect. For example, rather than intending to secure 10 new clients each month, why not decide how many active clients you would like to have 3 months from now, and then ask the universe to show you the best way to achieve it?

Keep visualizing yourself servicing the exact number of clients you wish to have. Visualize being paid by those clients and enjoying productive, beneficial business relationships with them. The more you focus on this, the more the universe is going to start sending the means to make it happen.

Either new clients will find their way to you by word of mouth or previous marketing you did; or you may suddenly receive an inspired idea to attract the attention of new clients. “Inspired actions” like these are usually unexpected and very easy to put into motion.

Even if you don’t receive “inspired actions” from the universe, you can certainly start taking your own actions day by day. However, do so from a detached, calm state of mind. Your goal is not to force the outcome to happen, but to do your part in the co-creative process.

Don’t worry about how everything will come together; simply do what you can and then let it go. Trust that the universe will help you in ways you couldn’t have imagined and enjoy the process that unfolds before you.

Resolution Challenge #11 – Opening to Universal Guidance

Part of releasing control of the “how” and working in partnership with the universe involves actively seeking inspired guidance each day. Most of us have a lot of mental static, scattered thoughts, doubts and worries fluttering around in our heads so that we aren’t aware of our own inner wisdom – but it’s always there, available for our use. In the process of goal-setting, this wisdom can be a powerful tool for success if you remember to use it. Unfortunately, many people don’t use it, and they end up struggling and floundering about and making very little progress on their goals. Or, as described in the previous challenge, they try to control the entire process and end up creating more obstacles for themselves.

The Remedy:

What if you had an advisor that knew everything about you and your life and could give you answers for every question you have ever or will ever have? Would you consult this advisor? Of course you would; who wouldn’t?! Well, that advisor is your own inner wisdom and it is always there for you, always connected to universal wisdom, and can show you the easiest path to achieve all of your goals.

To tap into this wisdom, all you have to do is get very quiet and relaxed. Do your best to quiet your mind, release scattered thoughts, and then focus your attention inward. You may not feel anything in particular, except perhaps very calm. Asking questions in this calm center will usually result in answers coming back to you. They may be very soft or subtle, like a fleeting thought, a few brief words, or even a quick mental image. As simple as the answers may seem, they almost always hold a solution or opportunity that you probably didn’t see on your own.

For example, with the goal of securing new clients, you might ask your inner wisdom if there is anything you can do to help the goal become reality, and you might suddenly get an idea to run a special holiday offer that would entice new clients to sign on with you. Or even if an answer doesn’t come to you immediately, you may recognize an opportunity a day or two later while you are going about your normal activities.

Like any skill, tuning into your inner wisdom gets easier the more you do it. Get yourself a notebook and create a daily practice of asking questions and jotting down any answers you seem to receive. Over time you will be amazed at how much insight can come to you in this way.

Resolution Challenge #12 – Eliminating Conflicting Priorities

Another big challenge that can derail your resolutions is conflicting priorities, or even conflicting intentions. You know what you want and you probably know what you need to do to get it, but following through can sometimes be difficult. You may have demands in other areas of your life, such as family or work that prevent you from sticking to your plans. Or you may have a lot of distractions that make it hard to stay focused.

Conflicting priorities can cause such a heavy sense of defeat that you may be tempted to give up on your goals altogether. Even more importantly, feeling conflicted within only communicates that conflict to the universe, which means you keep attracting more conflict and split intentions.

The Remedy:

The good news is that there are several ways to handle inner conflict.

First, consider whether your outer distractions might actually be caused by you, and you are creating chaos without realizing it. For example, if you have a fear of success or failure related to your goals, you may find yourself agreeing to extra obligations so you can avoid working on your goals. The extra work provides a great excuse for why you failed to achieve your goals again. Or you may procrastinate to the point where everything converges at once and you need to scramble to meet deadlines at the last minute. Sometimes what seem to be outer distractions may actually be caused by inner conflict. That would be the first place to look, and resolve any fears, doubts, uncertainties or problematic issues you find.

If you discover that you’re not sabotaging your efforts but still have a lot of chaos and disorder in your life, do what you can to get balanced and organized again. You may need to cancel a few unnecessary obligations so you’ll have more time to work on your goals, or speak to your family members and ask for their support and cooperation. Remember also that the calmer and more centered you feel, the more your outer circumstances will reflect that essence. Take time each day to quiet your mind, relax your body and create harmony in body, mind and spirit.

If you can’t seem to find time to work on your goals, remember that “priority” means taking precedence in order of importance. That means you’ll probably have to decide what’s most important to you, moment to moment. Just how important is your goal? Is it more or less important than your other obligations and commitments? If your goal is truly important to you, you will do what it takes to make time for working on it – no matter how much juggling or eliminating unnecessary obligations you may have to do.

No matter the causes of your inner and outer conflicts, you will find that they can be easily resolved if you focus on the solutions rather than getting upset about the challenges.

Resolution Challenge #13 – Strengthening Your Commitment

This challenge goes hand in hand with prioritizing because if you are not truly committed to your goal, you simply won’t make it a priority in your life. When you first set a resolution, you are “resolving” to do something. That means pledging, or swearing to the fact that you will follow through. But how often do you really mean this when you set goals?

What many of us do instead is attach little addendums to our pledge, like staying committed until we lose interest or obstacles threaten our confidence. That’s why getting crystal clear about what you really want (as covered in Challenge #1) is so important. You’re much more likely to go the distance for something you want badly rather than a vague desire.

Still, no matter your objective, you’ll need to make a firm commitment to achieving it and believe that you will achieve it, no matter what. That’s what commitment is; a pledge of constancy and loyalty. Believe it or not, the universe absolutely reads the “signals” of strong commitment or wishy-washy intent and delivers outcomes accordingly. But how do you get and stay committed?

The Remedy:

The number one way to strengthen your commitment is to make your goal so vitally important that quitting is simply not an option. Imagine what it would be like to have a goal that you simply couldn’t give up on; a goal that you would work toward for years on end if you had to. Is your goal that important to you? If not, you’ve got two choices:

Make it that important: Take some time to think about the negative consequences of abandoning your goal. What would the likely outcome be? Poor health and reduced lifespan? Professional stagnation? Depression and emptiness? Are you willing to accept those outcomes? You’ve got to convince yourself that there is no other acceptable outcome for your goals but success.

Choose a better goal: If you can’t seem to summon the level of commitment needed to achieve your goal, it’s probably not as important as you’d like it to be. Take some time to think about what you really want, and set a goal that WILL be vitally important; important enough to inspire a rock-solid level of commitment.

Keep affirming daily that your goals will be your reality and you will not accept anything less. Insist that they will be manifested in full physical form – and the universe will receive your signal of unwavering faith and deliver exactly what you intend to see.

Resolution Challenge #14 – Devoting Time and Energy

Closely related to commitment is willpower – or what could be called “strength of will”. Willpower could accurately be described as the unyielding determination to follow through with an intention.

This is a little different than being committed to a goal. Willpower focuses more on the moment to moment decisions we make in relation to our intentions. Let’s face it; you can set all the intentions you want but if you don’t have the willpower to stick to them you won’t get far.

Most of us have strong willpower until it’s tested by temptation or challenges. We’ll be sticking to a new healthy eating plan, feeling fine – until a coworker brings in a box of donuts, or until the scale stops being cooperative. We’re committed to working on our goals every day – until we decide we’re not seeing results as quickly as we’d like.

In order to achieve a goal and manifest the outcome you want, you need to work on it daily. Not just physically, although physical action is part of it. But I mean also mentally and energetically – building up the energy, intention, and inner vision in addition to taking action.

If you don’t do that, you won’t be putting forth enough focus to make the goal reality.

The Remedy:

How do you strengthen your willpower so that you will put forth the time and effort to keep working on your goals? The best way I’ve found is simply to create a daily practice. Set an intention to work on it consistently and stick to that intention like glue. You could start with smaller intentions if you feel overwhelmed by bigger ones; for example, set an intention to avoid eating sugar for just one day, or an intention to work on your goals for just 10 minutes each day.

The most important thing is to not give up when you slip. If you give in to temptation once, simply strengthen your resolve and start again. The more you do that, the stronger your willpower is going to get. It is a process, however, so don’t expect yourself to display tremendous willpower right away. Just keep practicing setting intentions and following through with them and before long it will get easier to dismiss any temptations that come your way.

You can also use the power of visualization to strengthen your willpower. Visualize yourself easily being able to ignore temptations; or eagerly spending time working on your goals each day. The more you focus on being committed and empowered about your goals, the more you will find yourself displaying that strength and focus when you really need it.

Resolution Challenge #15 – Staying Motivated and Enthusiastic

I purposely saved this challenge for last because it’s probably the most common problem that people face when it comes to pursuing their goals. It’s difficult to keep pushing forward when you lose that inner fire, isn’t it? Yet it happens to all of us at one point or another.

Feeling motivated and enthusiastic is easy when you first set your resolutions, because you’re feeling inspired and excited about the positive changes you’re going to make in your life. Most often you are optimistic about the ease of achieving your goals because you haven’t had to deal with obstacles, distractions, stress and frustration yet. Once you begin working toward your goals and the going gets tough, your motivation begins to wane.

Maybe you get frustrated because you’re not seeing results right away, or you wonder if you took on too big a goal with all of your other responsibilities. Even worse, you may start doubting your own capabilities. All of these things act like big splashes of water on your inner fire.

Before you know it, you’re running out of steam and don’t know what to do to get
moving again.

The Remedy:

There are many ways to re-ignite your motivation, but some are more effective than others. Below are some of the best ones that work well in context with the Law of Attraction.

Take a break and let go: Believe it or not, stepping back from your goals for a day or two can do wonders for your state of mind. If you notice that you’re feeling irritable and frustrated a lot as you pursue your goals, you may be pushing too hard and burning yourself out. This is especially true when you’re trying to FORCE results to happen. Step back and take some time off to recharge your batteries. Before long you’ll probably be itching to get back to it again.

Change your approach: You may be feeling bored or uninspired by the action steps you were once so certain would lead you to your goal – and now you’re wishing you’d never set the goal at all. But remember that you don’t have to stick with your original plan if it’s not working for you. Change it up! Go back over your plans and see if there is a better way to proceed. Engage your creative thinking and see if you can come up with alternate steps that you would enjoy more. The changes themselves don’t matter except for one thing: that they get you fired up and eager to proceed once again.

Build yourself up: It’s possible that your enthusiasm is dipping because self-
doubts have begun popping up in your mind, even if you’re not consciously aware of them. A good way to move past these limiting thoughts is to stimulate your confidence, inner strength and power. Think about the things you’ve done in the past that you were proud of, and imagine all that you can still accomplish. Imagine feeling satisfied and fulfilled with your life circumstances, being proud of who you are and all you’ve done (and will do yet). Affirm that you are much stronger than you usually think you are, and inspire yourself to push right through these feelings of lethargy and boredom.

Rekindle your excitement: When you first set your goals, you were fired up just by the idea of achieving them, and you can easily get that fire back by mentally revisiting what you want to accomplish. If you can’t seem to get a clear mental image of your desired outcome, write it down.

Put as much detail as you can into it, and be sure to infuse the description with feelings of excitement and happiness. Even better, write it in present tense – as if you’ve already achieved it! Express your feelings of joy and satisfaction for having this new experience in your life.

With a fitness goal, for example, you could write about how great you feel, how much more energy and focus you have, how your business is booming because you now have more energy and enthusiasm when you work, how you’re buying a brand new wardrobe to celebrate your achievement, and so on.

There are no right or wrong ways to do this exercise; simply write what you WANT to happen as a result of achieving your goal! Once you’ve got it all written down, be sure to keep it nearby and read it when you need a boost – several times a day, if necessary.

This exercise is powerful because you begin attuning your energetic signal to the outcome you want to achieve, rather than the obstacles that may be holding you back from it. And the more you focus on the thrilling outcome, the more you will be drawing forth the enthusiasm, the means, opportunities and resources to make it happen easily.

Taking New Year Resolutions to the Next Level

More than any specific problems you may encounter as you pursue your goals, understand that success is a simple matter of making conscious decisions that align with your desired outcome.

Anyone can decide to achieve a goal once – it’s your commitment to the ongoing process of growth and self-mastery that will determine your eventual success, or failure. When you think about it that way, goal achievement is really more of a system of gradual shifting from one state to another.

To be successful in your objectives, be willing to see New Year Resolutions (or any goals) as intentions to make the right decisions; decisions that will lead you to where you want to be, wherever you decide that is, now or in the future.

By doing so, you’ll quickly realize that there is no “success or failure.” There are only choices that support your goals or detract from them. This is very good news because it means that it’s never too late to get back on track! Even if you’ve spent years making “bad choices” (those that don’t support your ultimate goals), you can easily begin making “good choices” that DO support your goals – right now!

A big part of this process involves getting your thoughts in alignment with the outcome you desire. But it’s not just about “positive thinking”. Transforming your thoughts from negative to positive is certainly a great start, but it’s not going to be enough to transform your entire life. To do that you need to undergo an inner shift that will alter the signal you are sending to the universe day by day.

How to Brainwash Yourself

How would you like to be able to condition someone to do anything?

I have a secret to share and I want to apologize for not telling you sooner.

I’m a long time student of mind control.

I’ve been using it selfishly for far too long and I think it’s about time I shared my top secret technique with you and the rest of the world.

Before you get any ideas…

The mind I control is my own. You too can control your mind to magically force yourself to accomplish things you previously thought impossible.

The problem with a lot of people not reaching their goals is they haven’t properly brainwashed themselves.

This isn’t just about positive thoughts and affirmations or writing down your goals.

While that stuff is all well and good it doesn’t produce results like my Mind Control Method. (Patent Pending or something.)

You should know, in advance of learning Mind Control, that failing is normal.

That said, if done right (it will take you a few tries), this has a 100% success rate.

Since a very young age I’ve had the incredible ability to achieve, acquire, or do virtually anything I’ve ever wanted. And the reason is I use the Mind Control Method.

When I was in 6th grade I used Mind Control to get a full University scholarship. (I don’t know how it is where you live, but in the U.S. Uni is very expensive.) It materialized 6 years later and I never had to pay for the Computer Science degree I didn’t use. :)

In 8th grade I used Mind Control to pay for a class trip to Chicago, Illinois.

While in University I used Mind Control to keep from ever having to get a job and to build a $100,000+ per year business at age 23.

I have many more examples, but you know I hate fluff so that’s enough of that…

How To Perform Mind Control (On Yourself!)

1) Write down what you want to happen in letter form. That is, write a letter (not a sentence; a detailed letter) to your future self explaining what already happened (even though it hasn’t happened yet). Date the letter and specify the date your goal was reached.

If you don’t know how to begin let me help start you off:

“Hey [your name], You already know all of this by now, but some amazing things have happened in the last 6 months…”

And then start explaining what you did and how you did it even though it hasn’t been done yet. Sounds complicated. It’s not. Just do it. It’s essential to the brainwashing aspect of Mind Control Method.

“Karol, WTF, you just said writing down goals doesn’t work!”

That’s not exactly true, so please bear with me here.

2) Read the letter aloud. Seemingly insignificant, but auditory stimulation is important in Mind Control.

3) Believe. Do you believe what you just read aloud? If not, start over with Step 1. That means throw away your letter. Don’t use it as a “draft” for your new letter. Start over. Clean slate.

If you write something like “Man, it’s so cool that I won the lottery. Life is so good now.” the Mind Control Method won’t work. Why? Because there is absolutely no way you will ever truly believe you won the lottery.

Keep repeating Steps 1-3 until you have the wording so vividly clear that it feels like what is in the letter has already happened.

4) Take action. This step is where I feel like you might get caught up. But it doesn’t have to be difficult.

Begin the process of doing what your future self already knows has been done. Take it step by step as you’ve already described in the letter.

You might think this doesn’t work, but you’ve seen one of my letters already. My last Mind Control Method Letter is where Accountability Statement #1 came from. Obviously I changed it around and turned it into a blog post, but within 2 weeks of writing that I increased the readership to this blog 14-fold. And the readership keeps increasing beautifully.

The whole Mind Control Method process should take hours, not minutes. It’s not a fast process whatsoever. If you find yourself not enjoying the process it may be because what you’re writing about in your letter isn’t something you truly want.

I’ve never taught or talked about my Mind Control Method before. I always had a feeling people might think it’s dumb and wouldn’t use it. Which would be a waste of time all around.

I know you’ll use it, because you’re a Ridiculously Extraordinary Person. We don’t try. We do. We use The Iron Mind and we take action.

The Elders say the Native American women will lead the healing among the tribes. We need to especially pray for our women, and ask the Creator to bless them and give them strength. Inside them are the powers of love and strength given by the Moon and the Earth. When everyone else gives up, it is the women who sings the songs of strength. She is the backbone of the people. So, to our women we say, sing your songs of strength; pray for your special powers; keep our people strong; be respectful, gentle, and modest.

Serious Vaccine Reactions to Now Be Called ‘Coincidence’?

Every day Americans wake up to news reports that warn us about the dangers of influenza, especially the new H1N1 “swine flu”.

But swine flu is mild for most people and the virus is not mutating into a more serious form.

Millions of people around the world have recovered from swine flu, and millions more will get sick with fevers, body aches, nasal congestion, cough and sometimes diarrhea and vomiting and recover from it this year and next year without any complications.

Nonetheless, wide-scale vaccination is being encouraged — even though swine flu vaccines have been tested on only a few thousand healthy Americans for a few weeks. There is little or no information about how safe the vaccine is for pregnant women and chronically ill or disabled children.

If you or your child are injured from getting a flu swine flu shot, you are on your own. Congress has shielded the vaccine manufacturers and any person giving swine flu shots from lawsuits if people get hurt.

There is no funded government vaccine injury compensation program for swine flu vaccine.

Do NOT let a doctor or anyone else tell you that a serious health problem you or your child experiences after vaccination is a coincidence and allow more shots to be given until you know for sure.

The most tragic cases of vaccine injury occur when vaccine reaction symptoms are dismissed as a ‘coincidence” and more vaccines are given that result in more severe symptoms — and sometimes end with permanent brain and immune system damage or death.

But while Americans are still debating whether to roll up their sleeves for a swine flu shot, companies have already figured it out: vaccines are good for business.

Drug companies have sold $1.5 billion worth of swine flu shots, in addition to the $1 billion for seasonal flu they booked earlier this year. These inoculations are part of a much wider and rapidly growing $20 billion global vaccine market.

“The vaccine market is booming,” says Bruce Carlson, spokesperson at market research firm Kalorama, which publishes an annual survey of the vaccine industry. “It’s an enormous growth area for pharmaceuticals at a time when other areas are not doing so well,” he says, noting that the pipeline for more traditional blockbuster drugs such as Lipitor and Nexium has thinned.

As always with pandemic flus, taxpayers are footing the $1.5 billion check for the 250 million swine flu vaccines that the government has ordered so far and will be distributing free to doctors, pharmacies and schools. In addition, Congress has set aside more than $10 billion this year to research flu viruses, monitor H1N1’s progress and educate the public about prevention.

Drugmakers pocket most of the revenues from flu sales, with Sanofi-Pasteur, Glaxo Smith Kline and Novartis cornering most of the market.

But some say it’s not just drugmakers who stand to benefit. Doctors collect copayments for special office visits to inject shots, and there have been assertions that these doctors actually profit handsomely from these vaccinations.

The vaccine market is booming right now. Already, drug companies have sold $1.5 billion worth of swine flu shots, in addition to the $1 billion for seasonal flu they booked earlier this year. In addition to that, Congress has set aside more than $10 billion this year to research flu viruses, monitor H1N1’s progress and educate the public about prevention.

But there is still some good news in the midst of all this, and that is that more people than ever before are finally beginning to sit up and take notice, and are beginning to consider the risks versus benefits of flu vaccinations.

As I recently reported, a new poll by Consumer Reports shows that nearly 2/3 of American parents plan to either hold off on vaccinating their children against the H1N1 (swine flu) virus, or won’t vaccinate them at all.

In fact, quite a number of surveys, polls and studies are showing that more and more people are refusing the swine flu shot for themselves or their children over health and safety concerns.

And even a recent New York Times article acknowledges this site as playing an important role in educating the public about vaccine safety concerns, which has contributed to a less than wholehearted embrace of the government’s recommendation to rush out and get vaccinated.

The NY Times reports that, “The popular Web site Mercola.com is urging parents not to get the flu vaccine …”, with the result that the majority of parents are now planning to refuse to let their children get these shots.

Largely as a result of this Web site’s posting the information, and your sharing it with your friends and relatives, we have together created MAJOR doubt in the minds of many consumers about the value of these vaccinations. Many people are now coming to the realization that flu vaccinations can cause serious health problems.

Together, we are making a difference! A difference that is likely saving people’s lives and preventing permanent and irreversible health consequences.

Have You Thought About This?

Barbara Loe Fisher with the National Vaccine Information Center brings up several important points to consider in her blog, Vaccine Awakening. I highly recommend you read her article in its entirety, but here are a few of the highlights:

  • Getting vaccinated in a non-medical setting can be very dangerous. The swine flu vaccine is now being offered all over the place; in pharmacies, stores, schools, and even drive-by kiosks. Getting vaccinated in a non-medical setting like this can be very risky. For example, if you drive away immediately after getting vaccinated and suffer an unexpected allergic reaction or collapse, it could be deadly, not only for you but also for innocent bystanders and others sharing the road with you.These places also do not have the ability to properly evaluate your medical history, nor perform the necessary follow-up, should you have any adverse reactions.
  • If you get vaccinated and suffer health complications, REPORT IT! This is a crucial element of vaccine safety, and diligent reporting of all adverse reactions can help save the lives of others. As Fisher recommends, insist that the health care worker who gave you the vaccine immediately files a report with the US federal Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS). If they, for whatever reason, won’t do it, you CAN file it yourself!To file a report yourself, simply go to www.vaers.hhs.gov and follow the instructions.
  • Don’t accept “coincidences” when it comes to vaccine reactions. I strongly agree with her concern when she says:

    “Do NOT let a doctor or anyone else tell you that a serious health problem you or your child experiences after vaccination is a coincidence and allow more shots to be given until you know for sure.

    The most tragic cases of vaccine injury occur when vaccine reaction symptoms are dismissed as a ‘coincidence” and more vaccines are given that result in more severe symptoms and sometimes end with permanent brain and immune system damage or death.”
     
     

     

  • There is NO safety data or precedent for receiving 3-4 flu shots in one season. Some people, including children under the age of 10, are urged to get as many as four flu shots this year: two shots for seasonal flu and one or two more for swine flu, depending on a few different factors.Never before have this many flu shots been given in a single season, and there is absolutely no information about the safety of doing so. Even though the media and government pronouncements sound confident and authoritative it’s vital to realize that the current recommendations by doctors and health officials are unprecedented, and highly experimental.
  • Standing up for health care workers’ right to choose could save you from mandatory vaccination down the line.

    As of right now, the swine flu vaccination program is still voluntary – unless you’re a health care worker that is… New York and other states have already implemented laws that force their health care workers to get the swine flu vaccine in order to work.

According to a recent report in Time Magazine, this includes not just NY doctors and nurses who care for patients, but also administrative staff, including housekeeping and food-service personnel.

What does that tell you about the possibility of mandatory vaccinations for the rest of us? 

 

 

Anti-Virals Now Pose Serious Health Threat from Environmental Sources Too

According to a Japanese study published in the September 28 issue of Environmental Health Perspectives, the flu drug Tamiflu is now contaminating rivers downstream of sewage-treatment facilities.

The source? Urinary excretion from people taking Tamiflu (oseltamivir phosphate).

Researchers are quite concerned that birds exposed to these waterborne residues could develop and spread drug-resistant strains of various types of flu.

Science News reports:

“Once ingested, virtually all Tamiflu will end up in the environment in the active form, notes environmental chemist Jerker Fick of Umeå University in Sweden. The reason: Tamiflu becomes active once the body converts it into a carboxylate form.

Roughly 80 percent of an ingested dose becomes this OC, which your body eventually excretes. Your body sheds the remaining 20 percent of Tamiflu in its original form, but this phosphate form is immediately turned into the active, carboxylate form when it reaches a water treatment plant, he says.”
 
 

 

Making matters worse, previous studies have confirmed that water treatment removes ZERO percent of this drug, and appears to have a half-life of approximately three weeks, once exposed to sunlight.

I bring this up to demonstrate the long-term dangers inherent in our current drug-based paradigm.

Each time you take a drug like Tamiflu, you not only expose yourself to potentially serious health risks, you’re also contributing to a growing problem of ever more drug-resistant flu strains that can affect countless others. The willy-nilly administering of anti-virals goes far beyond just the immediate health risks – it affects the environment and every living thing in it, including the human race at the top of the food chain.

The fact remains that there are many FAR BETTER alternatives to anti-viral drugs and vaccines. These drugs are not essential for human health – nutritious food, clean water, and an overall healthy lifestyle are.

A new study has shown that giving Hepatitis B vaccine to newborn baby boys more than triples their risk of developing an autism spectrum disorder.

The study’s authors used U.S. probability samples obtained from National Health Interview Survey (NHIS) 1997–2002 datasets.

The conclusion states that: “Findings suggest that U.S. male neonates vaccinated with hepatitis B vaccine had a 3-fold greater risk of ASD.”

The authors also noted that an earlier study by them found that hepatitis B vaccination was associated with receipt of early intervention and special education services.

The new study used a different database than their earlier study, and they found same results, suggesting a validation of their findings.

Routine use of the hepatitis B vaccine for all newborns began in 1992, despite the fact that there was absolutely NO logical argument for it. It should never have been included in the immunization schedule, and here’s why.

Do Newborns Really NEED the Hepatitis B Vaccine?

Folks, hepatitis B is about as difficult to catch as AIDS. Namely, you nearly always need to have blood or sexual contact of some sort.

That is why the main risk factors are IV drug abusers and those who engage in sex with multiple partners.

In addition, vaccine-derived immunity is thought to be short lived. Up to 60 percent of persons who initially respond will lose detectable antibodies within 12 years. So that means that these vaccines will provide little to no protection to the real risks of acquiring hepatitis B, namely promiscuous sexual behavior and IV drug abuse.

The Vaccine Harms FAR More Children Than it Helps

The Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) was developed by the government to report vaccine reactions. Many experts believe that only 10 percent of the adverse reactions are reported though, as reporting is not mandated by law. (Some surveys puts this number closer to ONE percent.)

Even with only 10 percent of the problems being reported, there were nearly 25,000 VAERS hepatitis B reports from July 1990 to October 31, 1998 (prior to adding the Hep B vaccine to the immunization schedule), showing 439 deaths and 9,673 serious reactions involving emergency room visits, hospitalization, disablement, or death.

Now, hepatitis B is a rare, mainly blood-transmitted disease. In 1996 only 54 cases of the disease were reported to the CDC in the 0-1 age group. There were 3.9 million births that year, so the observed incidence of hepatitis B in the 0-1 age group was just 0.001 percent.

Meanwhile, in that same year VAERS received 1,080 total reports of adverse reactions from hepatitis B vaccine in the 0-1 age group, including 47 deaths!

Put in simpler terms: for every child that contracted hepatitis B there were 20 immunized babies that were reported to have severe complications. Let us also remember that only 10 percent of the reactions are ever reported, which means traditional medicine is harming about 200 children to protect one from hepatitis B!

It is simply inexcusable…

The Vaccine-Autism Links

Despite the assertion by conventional health experts that no link has ever been found between vaccines and autism, there are plenty of links, if you know how to look. And as the article in The Age of Autism states, you cannot come to a conclusion on the vaccine-autism issue by looking at studies that examine just one type of vaccine, or one type of ingredient.

Children today receive a whopping 48 doses of vaccines before the age of six. For a chart showing the various types of vaccines included in the childhood vaccination schedule, you can download this flyer from NVIC.org.

According to David Kirby, author of Evidence of Harm: Mercury in Vaccines and the Autism Epidemic: A Medical Controversy, of the 11 different types of vaccines administered, only the Measles-Mumps-Rubella (MMR) shot has actually been studied in association with autism. But where are the studies of all the others in relation to autism?

And where are the rigorous studies demonstrating the cumulative effect of several vaccines administered simultaneously , or within a short time span?

It is illogical, and downright ignorant, to state that the current vaccination schedule is a-okay and vaccines have nothing to do with the rise in autism, based on the studies that have been done so far.

Autism Rates have Risen to New Heights

For a number of years the accepted rate of autism was about 1 in 150, but the most recent statistics suggest that autism rates in the U.S. have now conservatively increased to 1 in 63. And this number is TWO years old.

This is the shocking conclusion from the 2007 survey results from the National Survey of Children’s Health (NSCH), which reveals a 100 percent increase in parent-reported cases of autism spectrum disorders (ASD), compared to their 2003 survey.

A similar British study puts the current U.K. rate at 1 in 83.

Clearly, something is going on; something is going wrong! And to simply dismiss the vaccine link with a blanket statement that has not been verified by rigorous scientific study is unconscionable.

If we want a healthier world, we must all become citizens for sanity and logic, and demand a more rational approach, where safety comes before profits.

After all, just like there were links between smoking and lung cancer long before conventional medicine changed their tune, there’s enough proof today to call a complete halt to our excessive vaccine program, and ban any level of mercury in vaccines.

But just like the case of Big Tobacco, Big Pharma refuses to do what’s right and protect you and your children from unnecessary harm, because it would mean a drastic reduction in profits.

Hepatitis B Vaccine and Increased Risk of Neurological Disorders

Using datasets from 1997 to 2002, this latest study found that newborn boys more than tripled their risk of developing an autism spectrum disorder after receiving the Hepatitis B vaccine.

The increased use of the Hepatitis B vaccine also coincides with the original rise in autism. According to the CDC’s National Immunization Survey, 8 percent of infants received the Hep B vaccine in 1992. At the time the ASD rate was 67 in 10,000.

Four years later, at which time 82 percent of infants received the Hep B vaccine, the ASD rate rose to about 100 in 10,000.

At the time, the Hep B vaccine contained 25 micrograms of thimerosal – a mercury-containing ingredient that has long been thought to be a contributing factor to autism due to its potent neurotoxic effects.

According to the FDA, new thimerosal-free pediatric formulations of hepatitis B vaccines were licensed in August 1999, (Recombivax-HB by Merck) and in January 2007 (Engerix-B by Glaxo SmithKline). (For a listing of thimerosal content in current U.S. licensed vaccines, see this link.)

However, despite the fact that the Hep B vaccine no longer contains thimerosal, recent research have shown that the Hepatitis B vaccine can still damage myelin in those with certain genetic factors.

One recent study found that children who received the Hepatitis B vaccine were 50 percent more likely to develop “central nervous system inflammatory demyelination” than children who did not receive the vaccine.

GlaxoSmithKline’s Engerix B brand of the vaccine was shown to be the worst of the bunch, increasing the risk of demyelination by 74 percent. It also nearly tripled the risk of developing multiple sclerosis in genetically susceptible people.

As I mentioned above, Engerix-B was licensed as a thimerosal free version of the vaccine in January 2007. However, all formulations contain approximately 0.5 mg of aluminum per mL of vaccine instead, which may be even worse than mercury…

As you can see, there are likely a wide variety of potential factors involved; not just one vaccine or one ingredient.

We need to know what all of these exposures in combination mean to the health of our children if we ever want to turn this tide of autism around.

The Evidence Against Thimerosal

Again, newer studies dispute initial industry-funded findings that thimerosal is safe to inject. For example, a study published in the journal Toxicological & Environmental Chemistry in June this year, showed that the mercury-based compound used as a vaccine preservative — known as ‘thimerosal’ — induces neural damage similar to that seen in autism patients.

According to the study, thimerosal-induced cellular damage led to:

  • Concentration- and time-dependent mitochondrial damage

  • Reduced oxidative-reduction activity

  • Cellular degeneration

  • Cell death

Even low concentrations of thimerosal induced significant cellular toxicity in human neuronal and fetal cells. Thimerosal was also found to be significantly more toxic than the other metal compounds examined.

Four years ago, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. wrote a must-read Rolling Stone article exposing the truth about the drug industry’s greed, and the secret gathering where a plan was hatched to cover up the dangers of thimerosal.

According to Kennedy’s account, in June of 2000, a group of top government scientists and health officials — including high-level officials from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), the top vaccine specialists from the World Health Organization (WHO), and representatives from every major vaccine manufacturer — secretly gathered to discuss the use of thimerosal in childhood vaccines.

Data indicated that the toxic heavy metal appeared to be responsible for a drastic increase in autism and other neurological disorders among children.

However, rather than taking every precaution to protect public health, they spent the majority of the next two days plotting how to protect the industry’s bottom line by getting rid of the troubling data.

Although thimerosal was eventually removed from the majority of childhood vaccines in 2001, it’s still used in some multi-dose vials, and is present in nearly all seasonal flu vaccines.

Many of the soon-to-be-introduced swine flu vaccines will also contain 25 mcg of mercury.

Another recent study confirming the link between low-level mercury poisoning in children and diagnoses of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) was published in the Journal of Neurological Sciences in September 2008.

It was the first prospective, blinded cohort study to examine children diagnosed with an ASD using urinary porphyrin profile analysis (UPPA) to assess the physiological effects of mercury toxicity. They also used glutathione analysis to assess the children’s susceptibility to mercury poisoning.

Children with severe ASDs were found to have significantly higher levels of mercury intoxication in comparison to participants with mild ASDs. And glutathione — a key biochemical in your body’s mercury detoxification pathway — was significantly lower in patients diagnosed with an ASD in comparison with the control group.

I’d like to point out, though, that although this study shows a relationship between lower glutathione levels and greater severity of autism, mercury is not the only toxin that can affect glutathione levels.

There’s a plethora of toxins in your daily environment that contribute to your toxic load, so any number of toxins may be contributing to the problem.

For example, there’s strong evidence suggesting that toxic microbes, endotoxins, environmental chemicals like phthalates, and the influence of electromagnetic fields may be significant contributing factors to autism as well.

And vitamin D deficiency has recently been implicated as an underlying condition.

This year it is more important that you protect your children and loved ones from the flu vaccines than influenza itself. This article on Lew Rockwell discusses how:

  1. The swine flu is simply another flu. It is not unusually deadly.
  2. This is the first time both seasonal and pandemic flu vaccines will be administered. Both seasonal flu and swine flu vaccines will require two inoculations. This is because single inoculations have failed to produce sufficient antibodies. This is an admission that prior flu vaccines were virtually useless. Can you trust them this time?
  3. Adjuvants are added to vaccines to boost production of antibodies but may trigger autoimmune reactions. Some adjuvants are mercury (thimerosal), aluminum and squalene. Why would you sign a consent form for your children to be injected with mercury, which is even more brain-toxic than lead?
  4. This is the first year mock vaccines have been used to gain FDA approval. The vaccines that have been tested are not the same vaccines your children will be given.
  5. Over-vaccination is a common practice now in America. American children are subjected to 29 vaccines by the age of two. Meanwhile, veterinarians have backed off of repeat vaccination in dogs because of observed side effects.
  6. Modern medicine has no explanation for autism, despite its continued rise in prevalence. Yet autism is not reported among Amish children who go unvaccinated.
  7. Researchers are warning that over-use of the flu vaccine and anti-flu drugs like Tamiflu and Relenza can apply genetic pressure on flu viruses and then they are more likely to mutate into a more deadly strain.
  8. Most seasonal influenza A (H1N1) virus strains tested from the United States and other countries are now resistant to Tamiflu (oseltamivir). Tamiflu has become a nearly worthless drug against seasonal flu.
  9. Public health officials are irresponsible in their omission of any ways to strengthen immunity against the flu. No options outside of problematic vaccines and anti-flu drugs are offered, despite the fact there is strong evidence that vitamins C and D activate the immune system and the trace mineral selenium prevents the worst form of the disease.

According to a recent New York Times article, more than three million doses of swine flu vaccine will be available in the U.S. by this week.  I just returned from the 4th International Vaccine Conference with NVIC in Washington D.C. this past weekend and many people there told me that they were already administering the vaccine in their state. I hope to provide important updates from that conference in the upcoming weeks, as there were some outstanding speakers.

Rest assured that there’s plenty of confusion and misdirection when it comes to flu vaccinations this year. And, as you can tell from the list above, you have every reason to question the validity of the information you’re given by government health authorities about the swine flu vaccine.

Fortunately, even conventional doctors and infectious disease experts are starting to speak out and take a stand against the current recommendations. In the video above, infectious disease expert Dr. Kent Holtorf goes on the record stating that neither he nor his children will take the swine flu shot, because the health risks are simply too high.

Confusion and Irrational Conclusions Reign

First of all, nearly all of the swine flu vaccines that will be made available in October will be a nasal spray type that contains live virus’, which is not recommended for pregnant women, people over 50, or those with asthma, heart disease or several other health problems, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).

The nasal spray causes a much greater immune reaction, and since it contains live virus’ they may multiply too quickly if your immune system is already compromised.

The injectable vaccine will supposedly contain only killed and fragmented virus components, but in order to “make it more effective” it also contains adjuvants; ingredients designed to cause a greater immune reaction by lowering your immune function.

Some of these adjuvants, such as thimerosal and squalene, have already been shown to carry considerable health risks.

While I’m glad the CDC offers some warning about the FluMist vaccine, what about the fact that none of the coming vaccines have undergone any form of safety testing? Some media reports have stated vaccines will be approved following a five-day safety review. What safety data could possibly be gleaned in a matter of five days?

And what about the possibility that people who have received seasonal flu vaccines may be twice as susceptible to contracting the swine flu?

Health officials everywhere are now recommending each man, woman and child get as many as four flu shots this season; two doses for the swine flu, and one or two doses for the seasonal flu, depending on whether you’ve ever had a flu shot before.

Is it really prudent to mass-administer an untested swine flu vaccine along with a seasonal flu vaccine that may increase your chances of contracting the swine flu?

And, last but certainly not least, while the number of swine flu cases is increasing, the severity of the flu is decreasing, with many doctors and health experts stating it’s actually turning out to be a much MILDER version than your average seasonal flu.

So where is the logic in this season’s vaccine campaign?

Evidence-Based Science Swept Under the Rug

The fact of the matter is that there are mountains of peer-reviewed papers demonstrating that the very basis of vaccine theory is wrong — and provably so.

Evidence-based science shows, again and again, that when it comes to preventing infectious diseases, antibodies on their own cannot, and do not, equal immunity.

For example, years of scientific research, assembled by researcher Judy Wilyman, have demonstrated how ineffective the whooping cough vaccination really is, and why it is nothing short of madness to continue to claim that whooping cough vaccination will lead to a decline in this disease.

Another example is the PhD thesis of a researcher from Tasmania named Arlette Mercae. Her thesis is an in-depth look at the way in which assumptions made about vaccine-induced immunity have led to a vaccination policy that is not based in science, ignores research that disagrees with the accepted premise that vaccines induce immunity, and, by pushing ahead with more and more vaccines, may be doing untold damage to the human race.

In a world where science-based evidence supposedly rules the roost, the vaccine industry has managed to turn scientific evidence on its ear and indoctrinated the entire health care system, and the general public, into believing a lie based on flawed assumptions.

It’s time to wake up from our advertisement-induced collective slumber and begin to review the folklore of conventional vaccine recommendations with a more critical eye.

And, we need to do it fast, because even though the swine flu vaccine is still optional, there are disturbing indications that a mandatory vaccination policy is brewing.

As reported in the Living Wisdom newsletter, some of the recent events that point toward the possibility of mandated vaccinations include:

  1. The State of Massachusetts had passed legislation that would fine citizens $1,000 a day, or up to 30 days in jail for each day they refuse to take the swine flu vaccine if the swine flu is deemed a public health emergency. (However, that law changed when they allowed a philosophical exemption – so now all they have to do is say they don’t want it.)
  2. France may be introducing compulsory vaccination against swine flu after the 28th of September, and secure vaccination facilities are being set up in every region to be used as vaccination centers with no exemptions available.
  3. Greece has announced that it is considering the introduction of compulsory vaccination for the swine flu vaccine.

Why Did Baxter Patent Hybrid Flu Vaccine a Year Ahead of Outbreak?

Interestingly, despite the fact that health authorities around the world were “shocked” at the emergence of this never-before-seen hybrid flu strain, Baxter had patented a flu vaccine covering these now infamous strains on August 28, 2008.

Baxter’s patent # US20090060950A1 includes “more than one antigen… such as influenza A and influenza B in particular selected from of one or more of the human H1N1, H2N2, H3N2, H5N1, H7N7, H1N2, H9N2, H7N2, H7N3, H10N7 subtypes, of the pig flu H1N1, H1N2, H3N1 and H3N2 subtypes, of the dog or horse flu H7N7, H3N8 subtypes, or of the avian H5N1, H7N2, H1N7, H7N3, H13N6, H5N9, H11N6, H3N8, H9N2, H5N2, H4N8, H10N7, H2N2, H8N4, H14N5, H6N5, H12N5 subtypes.”

As you may recall, the first swine flu case in Mexico didn’t emerge until mid-March, 2009, and the mixture of human-avian-swine viruses was considered to be quite an anomaly and not likely to occur through natural mutation…

Three months later, Austrian investigative journalist Jane Burgermeister filed criminal charges against Baxter AG and Avir Green Hills Biotechnology of Austria for producing and releasing live bird flu virus’, alleging it was a deliberate act to cause and profit from a pandemic.

She also filed criminal charges with the FBI against the World Health Organization (WHO), the United Nations (UN), and several of the highest ranking government and corporate officials, charging them with bioterrorism and attempts to commit genocide.

Reminder: How to Protect Yourself without Dangerous Drugs and Vaccinations

There will always be threats of flu pandemics, real or created, and potentially toxic vaccines will continue to be peddled as the solution until enough people realize there’s a better, safer, saner way.

You can break free of the drug-solution trap right now by following these natural health principles. I have not caught a flu in over two decades, and you can avoid it too, without getting vaccinated, by following these simple guidelines, which will keep your immune system in optimal working order so that you’re far less likely to acquire the infection to begin with.

  • Optimize your vitamin D levels. As I’ve previously reported, optimizing your vitamin D levels is one of the absolute best strategies for avoiding infections of ALL kinds, and vitamin D deficiency is likely the TRUE culprit behind the seasonality of the flu — not the flu virus itself. This is probably the single most important and least expensive action you can take. I would STRONGLY urge you to have your vitamin D level monitored to confirm your levels are at a therapeutic level, which is between 50-65 ng/ml. I also recommend using a reliable vitamin D lab like Lab Corp, if you’re in the U.S. Sometime this fall, we hope to launch a vitamin D testing service through Lab Corp that will allow you to have your vitamin D levels checked at your local blood drawing facility, and relatively inexpensively.If you are coming down with flu like symptoms and have not been on vitamin D you can take doses of 50,000 units a day for three days to treat the acute infection. Some researchers like Dr. Cannell, believe the dose could even be as high as 1,000 units per pound of body weight for three days.However, most of Dr. Cannell’s work was with seasonal and not pandemic flu. If your body has never been exposed to the antigens there is chance that the vitamin D might not work. However the best bet is to maintain healthy levels of vitamin D around 60 ng/ml.
  • Avoid sugar and processed foods. Sugar decreases the function of your immune system almost immediately, and as you likely know, a strong immune system is key to fighting off viruses and other illness. Be aware that sugar is present in foods you may not suspect, like ketchup and fruit juice.
  • Get enough rest. Just like it becomes harder for you to get your daily tasks done if you’re tired, if your body is overly fatigued it will be harder for it to fight the flu. Be sure to check out my article Guide to a Good Night’s Sleep for some great tips to help you get quality rest.
  • Have effective tools to address your stress. We all face some stress every day, but if stress becomes overwhelming then your body will be less able to fight off the flu and other illness. If you feel that stress is taking a toll on your health, consider using an energy psychology tool such as Meridian Tapping Techniques, which is remarkably effective in relieving stress associated with all kinds of events, from work to family to trauma.
  • Exercise. When you exercise, you increase your circulation and your blood flow throughout your body. The components of your immune system are also better circulated, which means your immune system has a better chance of finding an illness before it spreads. You can review my exercise guidelines for some great tips on how to get started.
  • Take a good source of animal based omega-3 fats like krill oil. Increase your intake of healthy and essential fats like the omega-3 found in krill oil, which is crucial for maintaining health. It is also vitally important to avoid damaged omega-6 oils like trans fats found in most processed foods, as it will seriously damage your immune response.
  • Wash your hands. Washing your hands will decrease your likelihood of spreading a virus to your nose, mouth or other people. Be sure you don’t use antibacterial soap for this — antibacterial soaps are completely unnecessary, and they cause far more harm than good. Instead, identify a simple chemical-free soap that you can switch your family to.
  • Eat garlic regularly. Garlic works like a broad-spectrum antibiotic against bacteria, virus, and protozoa in the body. And unlike with antibiotics, no resistance can be built up so it is an absolutely safe product to use. However, if you are allergic or don’t enjoy garlic it would be best to avoid as it will likely cause more harm than good.
  • Avoid hospitals and vaccines. In this particular case, I’d also recommend you stay away from hospitals unless you’re having an emergency, as hospitals are prime breeding grounds for infections of all kinds, and could be one of the likeliest places you could be exposed to flu bugs of all kinds.

  •  As a side note, please beware that 21 different pediatric Tylenol products have been recently recalled due to the possibility of bacterial contamination. So, if your child comes down with cold or flu symptoms, make sure you do not give him or her a potentially contaminated product.

    Better yet, help your child recover using more traditional cold and flu remedies, such as, hydrogen peroxide solution in the ear, zinc lozenges, high quality raw honey, or a homemade cough syrup.
